I'm Lee Boone, founder of Essential Entertainment Productions (EEP). I was born and raised in the mountains of Western North Carolina. At the age of nine, I had my first exposure to audio production. I spent many hours to a weekly routine of live audio mixing for my church. Once a year I volunteered the audio mixing for a live, 3 day, Christmas production that entailed months of practice before the show. Since then, I have worked as an evening announcer at a local radio station. There I had experience cuing up music live on the air and preparing broadcast for overnight play. I have also worked with set up and break down of audio, video and visuals for camps and events. All of this lead me to the vision of EEP.
I find joy in bringing a vibrant atmosphere to any event, whether it be through the flashy colorful lights or bass thumping music. I want the stress to drift away, if even just for a moment for a moment, for everyone in the room.
DJing for me is leaving an event knowing that you influenced an unforgettable night!
